Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
- Purpose: Allows individuals to live in the UK indefinitely without immigration restrictions.
- Requirements: Typically after 5 years of continuous residence in the UK on a qualifying visa.
- Duration: Permanent.
British Citizenship
- Purpose: To become a UK citizen through naturalization.
- Requirements: ILR for at least a year, passing the Life in the UK Test, and meeting residency requirements.

Business and Investment Visas
Investor Visa (Tier 1)
- Purpose: For high-net-worth individuals investing £2 million or more in the UK.
- Requirements: Investment in UK bonds, shares, or companies.
- Duration: 3 years and 4 months (can lead to ILR).
Representative of an Overseas Business Visa
